I didn't actually use my cards this month, they were charges from August that came across after the 1st September, so it was a surprise, but not something I'd done this month.
It must be good to put a line through that paid off card so quickly. Are you going to pay them off in a specific order? (interest rate, lowest balance etc)
ReplyDeleteI'm going lowest balance to highest, as for me I need the validation of getting rid of the cards as soon as I can. I don't have the discipline yet to focus on interest rates and wait years for the payoffs to roll in.
ReplyDeleteWhoaa!! You paid it off! Congratulations. You've just motivated me to do the same. Thanks.
ReplyDeleteThanks JW! As for your situation, pay off those little debts & be done with them I say, think of how wonderful it will be to have the hockey bills and those two small cards gone by November 1st!
ReplyDeleteNot to mention your stats will look great on your blog!
I JUST got my consumer cards ALL paid off last month and I can't explain enough how "free" it feels in just a month!
ReplyDeleteHi Hank! I'm a way off that stage at this point, but I've put one foot in front of the other which is a start at least.
ReplyDeleteI can't wait to have that feeling myself. I got a taste of it after paying off my first card, having none must feel amazing!
